This presentation will address the usefulness of mental preparation techniques for anesthesia-resuscitation personnel for their well-being and performance.
This presentation will offer a quick overview of the practices that aim to improve the technical gesture directly or indirectly, but also the techniques that aim to improve non-technical performance.
The following techniques and concepts will be presented: motor imagery, potential optimization techniques, cardiac biofeedback, resonant breathing, collaborative games, virtual reality, serious games, power naps...
Real life contexts but also preparation through simulation will be discussed.
