Since my arrival in 2012 in the Department of Adult Cardiovascular Surgery, Mechanical Circulatory Support and Heart Transplantation, the activity around mechanical circulatory support (temporary and long-term) and heart transplantation has represented my specific orientation (medical and surgical). My work and research projects can be grouped into 2 main themes: 1) clinical research on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and 2) clinical research within the RESHAPE laboratory.
