Thesis title : Managerial practices in hybrid work: what changes in collective and individual work organization?

Between digital transformations and the COVID-19 health crisis, work has evolved for both managers and employees. The organization of work is being questioned, with an increase in telecommuting associated with a change in professional practices. This study focuses on the public sector, as numerous studies have been published on the private sector. The aim is to understand how the representation of the manager's role, managerial practices and the organization of hybrid work have evolved.
