This PhD project is structured around three major stages, as part of the « Health Empowerment And Learning Through a Preventive Remediations Intervention for Medical Education - HEALTH PRIME ». The aim is to strengthen students’ empowerment regarding their own well-being.
To achieve this, three intermediate objectives have been defined:
- Co-develop, together with students, a multimodal intervention tailored to their health and well-being needs
- Implement this intervention within their training program
- Evaluate its short- and medium-term impact on health behaviors, self-management skills, and well-being indicators, using a mixed methods approach based on validated theorical frameworks, recognized psychometrics tools, sensor data, and standardized physical fitness tests.
