Valentine Ficara is a graduate of AgroParisTech, where she trained as a Health and Nutrition Engineer. Specializing in real-world evidence (RWE) data analysis and scientific communication in healthcare, she is currently pursuing a doctoral thesis under the supervision of Professors Laurence Faivre and Marie Préau, as well as Alessia Usardi. Her research focuses on understanding the communication channels and information strategies required to support the implementation of genomic neonatal screening in France
