PROMESS: Preventive Remediation for Optimal MEdical StudentS
Les étudiants en médecine sont soumis à une grande pression compétitive tout au long de leur cursus de formation. Ce projet évaluera l’hypothèse qu’une amélioration du bien-être permettra aux étudiants d’exprimer au mieux leurs talents durant leurs études. Pour cela, les étudiants inclus suivront un programme de formation aux techniques de remédiations préventives basé sur 3 modules : gestion du stress, gestion du sommeil et augmentation de l’activité physique.
Ce projet permettra de proposer un programme de remédiation préventive basé autour de la gestion du stress, du sommeil et de l’augmentation de l’activité physique, en répondant aux besoins spécifiques des étudiants universitaires, et ce, de manière pérenne.
- Etape 1 : Identification des besoins des étudiants (focus groupes) et co-construction de l’intervention avec les étudiants en Médecine et les professionnels du SSU - réalisée (2023).
- Etape 2 : Mise en place de l’essai randomisé contrôlé - réalisée (2023-2024).
• Design : Essai contrôlé, randomisé, monocentrique.
• Population : Etudiants volontaires inscrits en 4ème et/ou 5ème année sur la faculté de médecine Lyon-Est.
• Intervention : Intervention complexe basée sur la gestion du stress, l’amélioration du sommeil et la promotion de l’activité physique.

- Etape 4 : Déploiement du projet PROMESS à plus large échelle. Mise en place de PROMESS-Group, un essai randomisé contrôlé auprès d’étudiants volontaires inscrits en 4ème et/ou 5ème année sur la faculté de médecine Lyon-Est et Lyon Sud ainsi qu’après de doctorants inscrits aux écoles doctorales filières santé de l’EDISS, CanBioS et NSCo. - réalisée (2024 à 2026).
